Refunds
We have a 48 hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after placing your order to request a refund.
To request a refund, you can contact us at info.dazzlingdiamondsbtq@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Because all items offered are custom items and you specify the size(s) needed, we are unable to accept exchanges if an item ordered does not fit as expected. You will need to make a separate purchase for whatever new size is needed.
