Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP

 

  • In-store pickup is available Monday - Sunday, 9am - 1pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 2-3 weeks. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.
LOCAL DELIVERY - FORT WORTH

 

  • Local delivery of orders are available if delivery location is within the DFW area. Local delivery availability can be found out by emailing us at info.dazzlingdiamondsbtq@gmail.com. Deliveries occur between 8am & 2pm and employ a local courier. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the selected date between 8am & 2pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee. 
  • Delivery prices may vary based on weight on item being shipped.
  • $20-30 rate applies to orders over 25mi. 
  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.
  • We deliver to one address per order.

SHIPPING -  (OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE)

 

  • Orders placed by customers located outside of the local delivery zone are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks. (Monday - Friday) using USPS priority. Delivery standard is 2-7 days.
  • Please note that this is an estimated time frame due to having to customize each order and it is possible that your order may be completed and delivered before the estimated time frame given.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on weight. Free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).
